I've done a lot of writing, mostly about original characters of mine from roleplaying games.
I wanted to archive all the stuff I've done, because god knows if AO3 is still going to be around in twenty years.
I'm archiving the good, the bad, and the ugly. I deleted my deviantart because of embarassment once a long time ago
and I've regretted that for a while. A lot of this is going to be hot garbage and that's ok baby!!!
The first thing I ever wrote fanfiction for was a self-insert Naruto story. Gaara and Temari and Kankuro teleported from the Naruto
universe into my middle school and brought me back into the Naruto world because I was the only one who could save Naruto from
going berserk. I saved him, but I got gravely injured, and Gaara made a heartfelt bedside speech about how he never should have put me in danger. Then I woke up and we kissed. It was hand-written in a mint green composition book. I thought this piece of history was lost forever, but I recently found that composition book!!! It kicks ass and I will be transcribing it to save it here.
The next thing I went crazy on writing was my Homestuck OCs from high school The proboards is here. Someday I will archive all the stuff on there. Here's some of the stuff anyway, as well as all the Homestuck-adjacent stuff I've been doing since then.
That was also around the time that my friends and I made a self-insert story about dragons and the Roman Empire because half of us
were taking Latin and all of us were way into dragons. Here are some of the pictures and the writing.
In college, I wrote a lot of stuff for the TTRPGs I was in. There were a couple of versions of my half-orc paladin, Gemma, across a couple of D&D campaigns. She got a lot of angst! My friend Wade DM'ed a 3.5th edition campaign called The Cold Lands. We also had a blog for it. Wade and I tried a revival of the Vampire: The Masquerade setting we'd been kicking around for years. Later, we started a Changeling: The Lost campaign called Decaytown. It also had a blog! Since I was the Storyteller for that, I wrote a shitton of notes and scenarios, but I wrote some fics too.
I haven't been in a TTRPG campaign for a little bit, but I have been doing some roleplaying with friends. I also occasionally write about my sonas, because you gotta put those beasts in a situation.
The Captain and the Officer: This was a story that my friend Emma and I came up with, the core concept being "what if Javert and Valjean were pining lesbians in space." We had a lot of lore for it, but I think this is the only surviving bit of writing. There was also a playlist!
Acrid:In retrospect this one is a similar concept to C/O. The thing is that when Dreamworks Sinbad gets into your brain at an early age, it's hard to let it go. This one was also for a writing challenge!
Slanderlies Interrogation: A short scene for my Wings OF Fire OC.
